About
Mirabel Partners is an independent institutional investment management firm with a focus on real asset investments in the Nordics and Germany, founded in June 2020. The founders have a combined extensive experience of investment strategy, deal sourcing, transaction execution, financing, fund and asset management, and capital raising. To deliver on our promise of bringing investment opportunities across our focus geography of the Nordics and Germany, we combine a decentralized team approach with strong links into the local investment community in our focus markets. Our aim is to be a positive force in society, which we do by channeling investments into assets with a positive impact, such as real estate for healthcare and education.
We help institutional investors by finding, structuring and managing
exceptional investment opportunities across different real asset classes. We do this via:
- Opportunistic transactions
- Pooled investment vehicles for defined strategies
- Strategic investment programs within carefully researched asset class niches supported by megatrends
We take a structure-agnostic approach. This means that we tailor the choice of vehicle, the capital structure and the governance of the investments
according to the characteristics of each specific opportunity or strategy, and the needs of our clients:
- Separate account mandates
- Joint ventures and club deals
- Pooled investment products such as open or closed ended commingled funds
We also want to give something back to society which means that we give 5% of our yearly profits to charity.

Principles
"We have formed Mirabel Partners as entrepreneurs in order to be able to fully live by our guiding principles."
- Alignment. When our clients win, we win.
- Flexibility. With an open mind, we can overcome all obstacles.
- Integrity. We always try to do the right thing.
- Respect. We always treat everyone like we want to be treated ourselves.
- Independence. We are independent so that we can solely focus on the quality of the solutions we provide.
- Value add. We engage in projects which create tangible value.
- Long-term thinking. We prioritise long-term gains over quick wins.
- In each case we pay special attention to a strong alignment of interests with our clients by agreeing relevant incentives and co-investment by Mirabel
"We give 5% of our yearly profits to charity – now and always."
