He has over 10 years of experience in the Nordic real estate and financial sectors. Before co-founding Mirabel Partners, Andreas worked for over eight years at Northern Horizon Capital, where his latest role was to serve as Portfolio Manager of the Nordic Aged Care Fund as well as being a member of the fund\u2019s investment committee. Before that he was the Co-Fund Manager of Northern Horizon\u2019s first two healthcare funds. During his tenure, he also served as Head of Finland, managing the team in Helsinki. Past experiences include positions at Evli Bank plc. and Citibank International plc. Andreas is based in Helsinki and speaks Swedish, Finnish, English and German. He graduated with a M.Sc. in Finance from Hanken School of Economics, Helsinki. She has over 10 years of international experience in investment management and transaction and valuation advisory. Before co-founding Mirabel Partners, Monika was responsible for Northern Horizon Capital\u00b4s healthcare investments in Finland and worked several years as advisor in Germany for Savills, where she was managing buy and sell side mandates and valuation projects of all commercial property types. She has also held previous positions in property valuation, property management, market research and workplace management solutions. Monika is based in Helsinki and speaks Finnish, English, German and Swedish. She holds a M.Sc. in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Aalto University School of Engineering, Helsinki. He has over 10 years of experience in the Nordic real estate and financial sectors. Before Mirabel Partners, Andreas worked for over 8 years at Northern Horizon, where his latest role was to serve as Portfolio Manager of the Nordic Aged Care Fund as well as being a member of the fund\u2019s investment committee. Before that he was the Co-Fund Manager of Northern Horizon\u2019s first two healthcare funds. During his tenure, he also served as Head of Finland, managing the team in Helsinki.
